In January, I celebrated my 29th birthday in New York City!
My parents gave me 2 tickets to see the New York Knicks play in Madison Square Garden! Even though the Knicks lost, I loved every minute of being a real New Yorker attending a NY Knicks game at MSG!
A group of friends helped me celebrate by eating some good Mexican food! My favorite Mexican food place in NYC is located in Brooklyn. It's called Lobo. A former Texan actually owns it! They give free chips and salsa (which is a rarity in NYC)!!!!
Our after school programs started back up in January after our Christmas break. It was great to see all of the kids again after a 2 week break.
