What's Your Most Embarrassing Moment?

I've had a lot on my mind lately, so I thought I would do a fun post! Very few people ever leave comments on my blog, but lots of people read it! So, after this post, my challenge to you is to leave me a comment!!! You can post your comment as "Anonymous" if it makes you feel better!

I want to tell you about my most embarrassing moment ever!! We must take a trip down memory lane for this moment!

It happened my Senior year of high school way back in 2002..WOW...yes, it has been that long! My most embarrassing moment occurred in a basketball game of that year! I am laughing just thinking about it!!! And, the story probably won't be that funny to anyone else unless you were there! But, that's ok--I'm sharing it anyway!

So, in the middle of the basketball game, my coach puts a sub in for me. Of course, this moment did not occur with a quick sub change...No, I'm quite sure that it was a sub change that occurred in between free throws. The sub was coming in for me and we always had to go high five them on our way to the bench. So, here I am heading toward the girl to give her a high five and take my place on the bench--The crowd is quiet and watching the scorer's table because the sub change is happening in between a free throw shot...And, I tripped and fell FLAT on my face...haha...There was no one anywhere close to me on the court...I just tripped over my own 2 feet. And, EVERYONE saw it because they were all waiting on me to get off the court so the game could continue! Oh my! I just went to the bench and covered my face with a towel!

I'm sure some of you remember that moment vividly and are laughing about it right now! I know I am!!!

Here are some pictures from my old basketball days...No, I did not capture my most embarrassing moment on film...

Buna Cougars!
Yes, we had to wear knee pads in basketball. My coach made us. And, if we didn't wear them, I'm sure we got threatened to get swats or run. So I chose to wear mine! haha!

Sorry they're kind of blurry. I had to take a picture of the real picture. We really didn't have digital cameras back then like we do now. I know that's hard to believe, but we've come a long way in the world of technology in 7 years!

Ok, don't forget to leave me a comment! I would love to hear about your most embarrassing moment!!! We all need a good laugh sometimes!!! :)

Jo--it made me laugh and I do remember it! Thought it might be the brownie incident (ha) or when the parents wore those Ms. America like things at the volleyball game--Mom
